Yesterday
Well my internet was down last night so I could not post my Blog. Anyway yesterday was a great day. I worked out for 35 min in the morning , breakfast was Tea with milk and an english muffin (whole wheat). Lunch was a fruit salad. I had an ice cream at 4.pm , I worked out for 45 min after work and dinner was a chicken breast and a glass of wine. I really dont like chicken breast but i hear it is healthy.
