Okey day full of fun

I started with a heavy breakfast because I was going to have no time for lunch. Coffee with milk and a sausage and egg sandwish. Then I spent all  afternoon  whale watching . Oh my God what a phenomenon!!!, I saw about 10 whales, and one mother named tornado with her baby even performed their jump at  least twice. I have been whale watching twice before but this was the best. Just incase someone living near Boston is interested I think this is the best time to go. Anyway back to the topic. I then went for dinner with my friend at a nice restaurant at boston harbour and had a 12 oz steak with matched potatoes and vegetables plus 2 glasses of wine. I never got to workout but I will try and compensate tomorrow.

Pushing on

One hour workout today. Breakfast was tea with milk and 2 slices of bread, lunch was a chicken wrap with no dressing. A cup of coffee with milk at 4pm and dinner was a chicken breast and a fruit salad. I managed 6 glasses of water. I havent tried to weigh myself because I am afraid of dissapointement but my  jeans are loosening up.Good night and to all who are trying to loose weight, never give up and if you do, start again.

well today was a quite okey not but without temptations and failures. Breakfast was tea with milk and 2 slices of bread, lunch was  3 black beans and chicken quesadillas, 4 pm was cofffee with milk and 4 cookies and dinner was mixed veges and a glass  of wine. After dinner I worked out for one hour and after  lunch I walked for 30 min. I also went sailing after work. By the way does sailing count as an exercise? Lets keep trying.

Breakfast was a cup of coffee with milk and  a sausage, lunch was a small ice cream and a fruit salad, I had a cup of tea with milk at 4.30pm, dinner was a pork chop and some veges. I did a one hour workout after dinner and after that a cup of fat free milk .

goodday after a so so weekend

I tried my best (not really my best)  over the weekend but could not give up the wine and did not workout. This week started well, I worked out for one hour this evening. Breakfast was tea with milk and 4 egg whites.Lunch was a fruit salad. A cup of coffee with milk at 4.pm and dinner was a  grilled chicken breast  and some mixed veges. I also managed to drink 6 glasses of water.

Another good day

I managed to do a 30 min workout this morning. Breakfast was tea with milk and 2 eggs. Lunch was some carrots and cherries. A cup of coffee at 4pm and dinner was a beef stir fly and a cup of milk. never got to drink enough water.

I am back

well I did not give up,  my old computer failed me and I  had to get a new one. So far so good. Though I have been working out everyday and watched (though not so well) what I  eat  but unfortunately I haven’t lost a pound. Infact I have added one . Can someone out there tell me what to do. Any diet that can help me jump start?. I am now ready for anything. Any suggestions please. I  must say though that I  have lost a few inches and I can run faster and for a longer time and generally I  fell good but not best I still  have 20 pounds to loose and I wont give up till I do. well I will keep pushing.

could be better

I started the day with a one hour workout. It helps because I have no excuses for not working out. I then had breakfast with my friend and her family. 2 Eggs 1 chicken sausage 2 toasts and  tea with  milk . For lunch I had an apple and some coffee with milk, after walking in IKEA for over 3 hours and dinner was 2 potatoes, roasted beef and a small piece of cake for desert. I didn’t drink enough water. I will have a glass before going to bed.

Well, I am trying  and hope this month will be a turning point. I started with a 35 min workout this morning, breakfast was an omellete and tea with 1% milk. Lunch was a small veg sandwich and an apple. I had 5 crackers at 4pm . I worked out for one hour after work and dinner was a sweet potatoe, grilled asparagus and some papaya. I drunk 5 glasses of water. The crackers weren’t necessary, I would rather  have a had a fruit. Well tomorrow night I have a party lets see how well I can do. I will try my best.

I am back

Well, went away on vacation  for one week, of course did not take care of my diet or exercise but I am back full blast. Today, I  started with 30 min workout this morning . Breakfast was tea and a banana, lunch was a salad . I worked out for one hour after work. Dinner was chicken, beans and fruit. I am trying to increase my water intake  , so today I managed 4 glasses.
