could be better
I started the day with a one hour workout. It helps because I have no excuses for not working out. I then had breakfast with my friend and her family. 2 Eggs 1 chicken sausage 2 toasts and tea with milk . For lunch I had an apple and some coffee with milk, after walking in IKEA for over 3 hours and dinner was 2 potatoes, roasted beef and a small piece of cake for desert. I didn’t drink enough water. I will have a glass before going to bed.
