doing good

 Well, I am pround of myself, Istarted the day with a one hour workout. Breakfast was tea with fat free milk and some fruit, papaya I love it. Lunch was a vege salad with low fat dressing,  I had a cup of tea with fat free milk at 4pm and dinner was some beef, rice and veges. I then worked out for 30 min after dinner. I think I  am doing fine and I  am motivated, it is a miracle that at least 10 days are gone without drinking wine, great sacrifice but I  think it is worth it because  wine increases my apetite.

So today was an overall good day for me. Breakfast was a cup of tea nd 2 oatmeal cookies, we went out for lunch at a chinese restaurant  and I had a few unhealthy things but in moderation, sesame chicken, fried squid etc . For dinner I had a fruit salad and after I worked out for one hour on my elliptical trainer. I hope that by the time I weigh myself on moday I will have lost at least a pound. Good luck every one

pushing on

I wasn’t able to post a blog for the last 2 days but I think I have been doing quite well, workingout at least 30 min a day and cutting my calories. Today was good , I started with a 30min workout, breakfast was tea with milk and half a bagel, lunch was a fruit salad and dinner was a pork chop and some steamed veges. I also swam for 3o min after work.

At my best

Well today was one great day, i worked out first thing in the morning  for 30 min on my elliptical trainer. Breakfast was tea with milk and a sausage. Lunch was some rice and chicken and dinner was some beef and corn. I controlled my portions quite well and i managed to ice skate for 45 min after work. I fell good about myself. I hope I can keep up.

keeping on

I managed a 45 min jog this morning. Breakfast was a glass of orange juice and 2 eggs. lunch was an ice cream and and dinner was some beef steak a potatoe and a corn cob.Not too bad. Have a nice week . I chance to try again.

well I  only managed a 30 min walk but food intake was great. I  had tea withmilk and 2 slices of whole wheat bread or breakfast. lunch was a medium sweat potatoe and some fruit salad and dinner was a small chicken bread and steamed vegetables.

Do I made it to swim for 45 minutes.Breakfast was 2 slices of whole wheat bread and tea with milk, lunch was a half chicken ceaser wrap and an apple. I had some tea and a banana at 4pm and dinner was some beef ,a medium baked potatoe and some steemed veges. Not bad I  think. The best is that I have given up my wine intake but I amyet to give up the sugar. All the best all of you who are on this journey and kep trying

Still trying

I did not have time to workout today (bad excuse) but I  kept off the elevators and escalators and walked for about 30 min. Breakfast was tea with milk and a banana, lunch was some chicken salad , I  had a coffee at 4pm and dinner was rice, a pork chop and some fruit salad. Well I hope to do better tomorrow. Jane

Bettter day

So today Idecided to cut down my calories because I seem not  to be succeeding in my weight loss goal. breakfast was a cup o tea with milk and 2 slices of whole wheat bread, luch was half a chicken wrap ,an apple and a banana,I  had coffee and a cokie at 4pm and dinner was 2 eggs and some fruit salad. I swam for 45 minutes after work and all day I tried avoiding the elevator.

Well boston was too hot today but i made  30 min of exercise this morning. Breakfast was tea with milk and a bagel. lunch was some fruit salad , at four I had acup of coffee and a piece of cake and dinner was boiled rice, and steamed veges  .
