Well I am still pushing on but today I cheated my having 2 cookies. However I did quite well , I started the day with a 30 min workout, breakfast was a cup of coffee with cream and an omelette, lunch was chicken breast and mixed vegetables, I had a cup of coffee with cream and 2 cookies at 4pm , dinner was a soup and steamed vegetables. I worked out for 45 min after dinner.
