I tried

Well I am still pushing on but today I cheated my having 2 cookies. However I did quite well , I started the day with a 30 min workout, breakfast was a cup of coffee with cream and an omelette, lunch was chicken breast and mixed vegetables, I  had a cup of coffee with  cream and 2 cookies at 4pm , dinner was a soup and steamed vegetables. I worked out for 45 min after dinner.

 I a still pushing on and it is getting easier. Today I started a competation with my friend who ever losses more weight at the end of 10 days gets a reward. Dinner and a movie and one big price in Dec. This is motiviting, i am now taking stairs instead of elevators. Anyway I  started well with a 30 mins workout breakfast was tea with  ski mmilk and a  lean turkey sausage. I  had a chicken breast and veges for lunch, a cup of coffee with cream  and some nuts at  4pm. Dinner was some pork and shrimp and pumpkin soup. I worked out for 45 minutes after dinner.

I started well with a 45 minutes workout. Breakfast was an egg substitute omellet. Lunch was veges and some lean pork. I had a cup of coffee with cream at 4 pm. Dinner was fillet mignon with squash and I reluctantly managed a  for 45 minutes after dinner. The sugar clavings are well controlled.

5 pounds off

well,  my hard work and sacrifices and  ecouragement from nice buddies are paying off. I lost 5 pounds and believe you me it is not water because i can see my tummy reducing and i can feel my hip bone. I simply feel better already . This is an encouragement to go into the 2nd week of  my low carb diet and serious exercice. So today I  started the day with a 30 min workout, breakfast was coffee with cream and 2 eggs,I had a piece of 6 oz beef steak  and veges for lunch , another cup of cofee at 4pm and dinner was a chicken breast cordon blue with veges and a cup of cocoa for dinner. I did a 30 min workout after work. The carb cleaving are not completely gone , especially I miss my glass of wine but I am willing to give it up till I  reach my desired weight.

well just trying but I think I am doing great , I had a cup of tea with skim milk for breakfast . I went out for  lunch and I suprised myself my not eating the hot bread and butter that come before the meal, I  had a 10 oz steak and some squash I  skipped the potatoe and instead of the usual glass of wine that i miss so much I  had only a glass of water. I jogged for 30 min in the afternoon and dinner was fish  and some veges. I will weigh myself tomorrow and  I  bet I  have lost some weight. I can feel it.

keeping on

One secret of not eating what you dont want to, if you can dont keep it . Today after working out this evening I was tempted to have some bread and though i have some in the freezer I fought this urge very had and succeded. But i think that if i did not have the bread it would have been easier. anyway i have made my 6th low card diet day. I woke up late and worked out for 45 min, i had 2 cups of coffee with cream for breakfast. Lunch was 2 chicken  drum sticks and veges. Dinner was lamb chops and veges. I worked out for an hour and i had a cup of cocoa .

Exciting

It is so exciting for me, one more day and I will be on the seventhday of my low carb diet, I have never gone past the second day of any diet, I  bet when one goes public like logging on to buddyslim, all the encouragement and inspirations makes one want to do better . I think buddyslim is the best thing that has happend to my weight loss struggle so far. Anyway today was excellent, I started with 30 min exercise, breakfast was a cup of cofffe abd 2 eggs. I had fish and veges for lunch, i had a cup of coffee with cream at 4pm. I maged a 30 min workout after work and dinner was steak and green beans.

It is getting easier

Waoh, the low carb diet is interesting, one gets less hungry and the sugar cravings start to actually disappear. So anyway I started with a 30 min exercise this morning, breakfast was coffee with cream and egg beaters, a cup of tea  with fatfree milk at 10am, lunch was salmon and brocolli , I had some cashewnuts at four , worked out  for 45 minutes after work and dinner was fillet migno and some green beans.

4th low carb day accomplished

I think I am going to make it. This is the first time i have made it to the third day of a diet. I always give up at day two. I am feeling less hungry and the cravings are reducing. I think the exercise help alot. I started the day with a 30 min work out , breakfast was a Mcdonalds  small cofee with cream ( i asked them to use half of the normal amount), an egg and a sausage, attention !!!their sausages are tastey but too fatty. Lunch wa 2 chicken drums sticks and steamed veges, i had a cup of cofee at 10 am and at 4pm, I worked out for 3o min after work and dinner was grilled salmon and green beans. I need to cut down my coffee to 2 cups if not one or drink it black. I am not able to drink enough water. I hope you are all doing good

 I was able to acomplish my third day of law carb diet, I  had coffee with cream and eggbeaters for breakfast, lunch was some chicken , cheese and veges, I had a coffee with cream at 4pm. For dinner I  had some fish and veges. I was able to work out for 30 min in the morning and 40 minutes after work.I hope to loose some weight this time.
