keeping on
One secret of not eating what you dont want to, if you can dont keep it . Today after working out this evening I was tempted to have some bread and though i have some in the freezer I fought this urge very had and succeded. But i think that if i did not have the bread it would have been easier. anyway i have made my 6th low card diet day. I woke up late and worked out for 45 min, i had 2 cups of coffee with cream for breakfast. Lunch was 2 chickenĀ drum sticks and veges. Dinner was lamb chops and veges. I worked out for an hour and i had a cup of cocoa .
