pushing on

I wasn’t able to post a blog for the last 2 days but I think I have been doing quite well, workingout at least 30 min a day and cutting my calories. Today was good , I started with a 30min workout, breakfast was tea with milk and half a bagel, lunch was a fruit salad and dinner was a pork chop and some steamed veges. I also swam for 3o min after work.

Bettter day

So today Idecided to cut down my calories because I seem not  to be succeeding in my weight loss goal. breakfast was a cup o tea with milk and 2 slices of whole wheat bread, luch was half a chicken wrap ,an apple and a banana,I  had coffee and a cokie at 4pm and dinner was 2 eggs and some fruit salad. I swam for 45 minutes after work and all day I tried avoiding the elevator.
