pushing on
I wasn’t able to post a blog for the last 2 days but I think I have been doing quite well, workingout at least 30 min a day and cutting my calories. Today was good , I started with a 30min workout, breakfast was tea with milk and half a bagel, lunch was a fruit salad and dinner was a pork chop and some steamed veges. I also swam for 3o min after work.
